About Us
History
Our project is being developed by The Villas of Nottingham, LLC. Keystone Construction + Development will be the home building contractor for the development. Keystone has been in the home building business for 12 years and the owners have been involved in home construction and land development for 30+ years. Hurford Architects and SMS Engineers were chosen as the project architects and engineers. Keller Construction is the site contractor for The Villas of Nottingham.
2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Options Available
Hurford Architects has developed three custom ranch style open floorplans. With the optional 9' finished basement there is an additional bedroom, bathroom, living room, and bar area available. Further customization is available directly with Hurford Architects.
Full Yard and Landscape Maintenance
All yard and landscaping maintenance will be included as part of the homeowner association dues. These services will include yard mowing, fertilization and landscape bed maintenance. Snow removal services will also be available at individual villas.
