Welcome to The Villas of Nottingham

We are proud to announce the exclusive development of The Villas of Nottingham in Maryville, Illinois.  Our project consists of roughly 100 Single Family Villas and includes all lawn and landscaping maintenance.  This exciting development has three main floor plan options ranging in square footage from 1800 to 2100 sq. ft. Each villa plan has various different front elevation options.  We are currently building in Phase 1 with a few remaining building sites.  Phase 2 will be open soon!
